The only reason I'm asking is because I'm currently using 1 from Navetsea that works perfectly. If you don't play pregnant elders there's no need to update. Delete cmar_efBottomNudeMuscleFix.package, add cmar_efBottomNudePregMuscleFix.package, and replace cmar_efTopNudeMorphingNipples.package with the updated version.
